Jet ski port

We welcome both:

• clients willing to order our floating products
• clients\companies, who are producers themselves and hence willing to buy PE floats only

Floatation modules can stand temperatures in range from -40°C to +60°C and are also resistant to sudden temperature fluctuations. There is no need to deassemble or remove construction in winter period.

Our foam filling technology:

• EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) 25
• Module maintains it`s shape and is resistant to mechanical deformations
• Compared to air-filled modules, our module retains floatation properties in case of hole

Wooden docks for swimming or boat mooring can be built based on our plastic floats. We do not supply any type of complete wood docks, only plastic floats.

Modular pontoons are light weight floating constructions, produced from high quality polyethylene. Permanent and temporary floating platforms of any shape can be assembled with our Modular pontoons.

Floating docks modules can stand temperatures in range from -40°C to +60°C and are also resistant to sudden temperature fluctuations. There is no need to deassemble or remove construction in winter period.

Connection

Floats are connected with each other by means of chains (item №9). Inside the dock there are pipes (grey color on right picture). Chains go inside the pipes, end of chain is fixed with steel disc (item №7) and carabine (item №8).

Alternative option: Wood connection

Connection by chains works good, when you put modular pontoons one after another. However, when you want to have gaps between modular pontoons, you need wood frame. Wood frame can be connected by chains (left picture) or can simply embrace modular pontoon (right picture).

If pontoon should be covered with wood decking, it can be attached to the wood frame.

Anchoring

Floating dock can be anchored with help of 2 anchors to the seabed. The anchors are attached with chains to the end of connection chains (red color on left picture).

On the land side, Modular pontoon float 3x1,5 can be anchored exactly in the same way as on the water side. Anchors will be digged into the shore ground.

Gangway, Ladder, Accessories

All accessories are connected by inserting vertical steel pipe into pre welded PE pipe:

Welding of PE pipes for mounting is custom option, hence should be agreed upon order.

Usage

Our floating docks are suitable for:

• private docks and piers for swimming spots
• mooring piers for yachts, catamarans and boats
• slips for small boats
• temporary bridges and crossings (for pounds and rivers with moderate current)
• industrial platforms (for example applied for heavy slurry pipeline 300-400)
• custom platforms for houses or saunas

Floating docks in packages

It takes 5 minutes to order and 40 minutes to assemble.

Easy parking — special shape allows easy jet ski drive in and drive out.

Usability and durability — jet ski port is produced from high quality PE, resistant to UV and cold temperatures. It does not require any additional maintenance.

Characteristics

• 4 pc. Wheels, 4 (3) pc. Rollers.
• Jet ski float 2600 is 2 layer product
• Jet ski float 3600 is made by extrusion welding of Jet ski float 2600 and tail part (1 layer)

Jet ski port has 2 eye bolts at the front. Using them, you can connect chain or rope for any further connection. All possible connections are listed below. Jet ski can be connected with long side or with short side.

1. Connection to Modular pontoon or another Jer ski port by chains (long side)

If you connect Jet ski with long side, only 1 chain can be used, since there is only 1 pipe. Back part is not fixed in this scenario to allow Jet ski port to be flexible (to change from loaded to unloaded state).

Connection method same as on UHP site. But chain should be put through jet ski port first and than go through modular pontoon 1500.

It is prefferable to connect jet ski port (short side) to Modular pontoon. If it is not possible, than connection jet ski port (long side)-Modular pontoon can be used.

2. Connection to Modular pontoon by chains (short side)

Similarly to method above, connect chains, going outside of modular pontoon 1500 to the eye bolt of Jet ski port.

3. Loose connection by ropes (short side only)

Ropes (red on picture below) can be tied up to eye bolts at the front and to carabines at the side. At the other side, ropes can be connected to any neighbor structures (Mooring fingers, piles, cleats…).

4. Connection through port extension

4.1 Application

Provide pile connection to the ground or to neighbor structures. Can be applied for both: Jet ski port and Modular Pontoon.

4.2 Connection

Port extension is connected by chains to Jet ski port OR to Modular pontoon. Steps to connect Port extension to Jet ski Port:

• Put Jet ski port upside down
• Loosen washer holding eye bolt
• put Sleeve (green on picture above)
• Put chain through port Extension, connect it to eye bolt using carabine
• Fix chain on the other side of port Extension with washer and carabine
• Tighten washer holding eye bolt

Steps to connect Port extension to Modular Pontoon:

• Remove washer and carabine from chain in Modular Pontoon.
• put Sleeve (green on picture above)
• Insert this chain into Port extension.
• Fix chain on the outside with washer and carabine.
